Summer School

CWS offers students the opportunity to pursue a high school credit, re-take a course for an upgraded mark, during the months of July and August. 

CWS allows students to study during the summer months, at the student’s own pace.

Upgrade Mark
Students may choose to re-take a course in the summer to earn a higher mark.

Re-take a Course
CWS allows students to re-take a course that they failed previously.

Work Ahead Credits
Students will also take summer courses to reduce their course load for the fall or winter semester can take a credit in the summer. Also, students that have completed Grade 8 can choose to earn CWS Grade 9 credit courses, to move ahead faster in obtaining their requirements for the Ontario High School Diploma.
